About the ACM Series Capsule Making Machine
The ACM Series machines are designed for fully automated production of empty hard gelatin capsules. Using a proven dipping process, pin bars are dipped into gelatin to form capsule bodies and caps, which are then dried, trimmed, and joined automatically. Every phase—from gelatin coating to final joining—is controlled with precision to maintain uniformity and consistency.
Built with durable, heat-treated components, the ACM machines minimize wear and tear and extend operational life. Featuring servo or hydraulic operation, automatic lubrication, and PLC-based control, the system offers unmatched reliability and efficiency.
